PURPOSE

The aim of the Stoughton Affordable Transportation Program is to provide transportation services to persons and families at or near the federal poverty guideline limits who cannot otherwise obtain needed assistance from existing community service agencies.

We seek to address areas of need in the Stoughton area which are not adequately addressed by existing resources and service agencies. 

These include services for the homeless and services to prevent homelessness. 

Also, improving the coordination of existing local transportation services, identifying gaps in local transportation services and developing mechanisms to fill those gaps.

OUR PRESENT SERVICES ARE FOCUSED ON:

• Regional transportation between Stoughton and Madison.

• Transportation to Stoughton Food Pantries.

• Other critical needs within Stoughton area.
